Purpose and Scope of Application of Endless Rope Continuous Hauler

The endless rope continuous hauler is mainly used to transport materials and equipment along underground working face gate roads and main mine roadways. It can effectively improve transportation efficiency, safety and reliability. It is also applicable to metal mines and surface rail transportation, suitable for rail transport on tracks with gradients no greater than 30° and winding undulating roadways.

The endless rope continuous hauler adopts a three-stage planetary gear reduction transmission system. The motor input shaft directly drives the constantly meshed planetary differential. With the combined action of fast and slow block brakes, zero-speed, fast and slow operating modes are formed to drive the planetary gear train and friction drum. It enables no-load starting of the motor; the loaded cargo can start slowly at zero or low speed, eliminating risks of sudden startup or derailment. The winch operates in two speed gears to meet speed and torque requirements for different materials and roadway conditions, and allows arbitrary speed switching before and after slope changes in undulating roadways.

The hydraulic tensioning system of the endless rope continuous hauler is especially suitable for roadways with large gradient fluctuations or long transport distances. The safety brake adopts normally closed spring-applied brakes released hydraulically, featuring reliable performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
